Lo spreader in oggetto è stato studiato in modo specifico dalla "MEC SERVICE", per risolvere il problema della movimentazione dei containers, con a bordo carichi fuori sagoma, ovvero sporgenti dall'ingombro del containers.
Agganciato superiormente allo spreader madre, (a bordo gru o su carrello elevatore), l'attrezzo diventa a sua volta un vero e proprio spreader estensibile e grazie a 4 bracci di lunghezza 2.000 mm., portanti i twists di aggancio, è in grado di movimentare agevolmente i C.F.S.
La registrazione da 20 a 40 FT ISO, avviene per trascinamento, con scorrimento su pattini autolubrificanti.
N° 4 twists look di presa con rotazione a catena, ad azionamento manuale.
Sicurezze meccaniche con tastatore a molla, contro lo sganciamento del containers.
Struttura in acciaio speciale tubolare e profilati elettrosaldati ad alto limite di resistenza.
Trattamento in antiruggine allo zinco e successivo RAL a richiesta per ambienti marini.

This spreader has been specially designed by "MEC SERVICE" in order to get handling of full containers with over-limit loading gauge, that is, loads exceeding the overall dimensions.
Equipment coupled up at the top to the master spreader - on board of a crane or lift truck - turning into a real adjustable spreader capable to handle such kind of load thanks to 4 jibs - 2000 mm long - privided with hooking twists.
Adjusting from 20 to 40 FT ISO is obtained by pulling on self-lubricating sliding bloks.
No. 4 seizing twist looks provided with manual control and chain rotation.
Mechanical safety devices with spring probes, to prevent containers from unhooking.
Construction in special, tubular steel and electrowelded, high tensile sections. Anti-rust, galvanizing treatment plus RAL on request for sea.
